During the call, we can get a feel for whether we’d be a good fit. This is an opportunity for you to get any questions answered and to share what led you to reach out for counseling. I will also take some time to give you an idea of what you can expect in therapy.

I encourage starting out with weekly sessions, as this will allow for us to develop a solid therapeutic relationship from the start. Payment information and all intake paperwork is filled out electronically through my secure online portal.
